The Bankruptcy Finance Unit was established under the Official Receiver’s Chamber in August 2021.
The unit's role is to assist the Official Receiver in relation to the financial management of accounts that is under the supervision of the Official Receiver’s Chamber.
Currently, the Bankruptcy Finance Unit is led by Dayang Hajah Azza Yossie binti Haji Abdul Hamid (Senior Finance Officer) and assisted by Dayang Suraimah binti Rosli (Finance Officer).
Functions
- Financial management of the accounts under the Official Receiver's Chamber's supervision
- Administering receipts of cheques and disbursement of composition / dividends of the Official Receiver's Account
- Record, maintain and update the payment information
- Bank reconciliation
