The public is hereby informed that there have been reports of SMS messages and automated voice calls being sent to certain individuals, purportedly from High Court of Brunei Darussalam.
These messages or calls may instruct recipients to press “0” to seek assistance from an operator or to take other actions.
Please be advised that these SMS messages and automated voice calls were NOT issued or authorized by the Court.
Members of the public are strongly advised not to respond to or act upon such messages or calls, and not to provide any personal, financial, banking, or other sensitive information to the sender or caller.
Members of public are urged to remain vigilant and to verify the authenticity of any suspicious communication claiming to originate from the Court. Verification may be made by contacting the Supreme Court of Brunei Darussalam directly at +673 2235842.
